One of my clients, Garnish, is running a delicious Valentine’s Day promotion. Choose some of their products to customize your sweetie’s Valentine’s Day gift, and you’ll get a set of printables (designed by moi) included! Isn’t that a sweet deal? And look what you can do with them…

There are tons of places all over the inter-web where one can go for visual inspiration. Need a good idea for colour combos? Try Kuler. Looking for some inspiration for that next logo design? LogoPond is a good place to start. But when it comes to type, it’s a little harder. Yep, you can look at type specimens from the foundries and type-buying sites, but sometimes that doesn’t cut it. You need to see the type in application, you know what I mean?
Well, good news. Check out Fonts in Use.
That’s right. Type at work in real world applications. I swoon! And I double swoon because the home page features a project set in Chapparal, one of my personal faves.
