I am a huge fan of bold typography (ya think?). And I love symbols (because a picture paints a thousand words). So this scarf is totally calling my name. I love that when it’s all wrapped up around your neck you’d never even know what glorious symbol goodness lurks within.
The scarf is from Little Factory.
Today I am LOVING these prints by Tom Davie. Each features a quote from Alice in Wonderland.
You can see the full set here.
How much do I love this typographic furniture by Tabisso? A lot. Probably not enough to actually buy it, but definitely enough to seriously covet it.
Although, now that I think of it, this F chair would look pretty sweet in my office!
You can see the full range on Tabisso’s website, here.
Today I’m loving these two type-based rug designs from Oliver Yaphe (a Canadian company, yay!).
Both of these rugs are from the children’s collection, but I could totally see the alphabet rug in my little office. And that xo rug? Wouldn’t it be awesome in a wedding photographer’s studio?
You can see the complete Oliver Yaphe collection, including art prints and paper, here.
Is it a font? Is it a typeface? The classic designer’s semantic conundrum is cunningly resolved by Spanish design firm Atipo. LOVE this poster series called fontface.
I’ve totally got this year’s Halloween costume down! Caslon Italic (but an F instead of a T).
You can see more images from the series here. First seen on The Atlantic.
I am going to admit that I love FRED products. Not just because of their name (duh!) but also because of the cheeky sense of humour they bring to everyday products. Design that brightens up your day? Love it!
Case in point? This chopping board… precise measurements for all kinds of chopping and mincing. And a tongue-in-cheek reference to those of us with OCD-ish tendencies.
First seen on SwissMiss.
